This was REALLY good! I still have a lil left over!
-1 can of albacore tuna, drained and rinsed
-Half of an avocado
-Just a squirt of olive oil mayo
Mix ingredients together in a bowl.
I put it all on a 100-calorie Sandwich Thin with some organic baby lettuce mix from Trader Joe’s and fresh cherry tomatoes from the garden (last of the season!!!)!
