Hi all!

I have been super busy with my show! But it goes up this week, and after this week, I’ll have all the time in the world to bake, post, and be CALM! (And workout more, duhhhh.)

WELL, Here were my meals:

October 10, 2012:

Breakfast:

-Blueberry Chobani Greek Yogurt
-1/2T ground flaxseed
-1/2 pear, chopped
-1/2 nectarine, chopped
-Some Carob chips
-Some Bear Naked Banana Nut Granola

Lunch:

-2 poached eggs (There’s some yolk porn for you beautiful people!!)
-Sauteed vegetables (onion, green pepper, mushrooms) in coconut oil
-Toppings: Chalula, reduced-fat mild medium cheddar cheese, tomatoes

Dinner:

I had rehearsal, so I needed something quick.
-1 Smart Delicious high-fiber low-carb tortilla
-1T and 1/2t PB2
-Organic Fior di Frutta wild strawberry spread (from Whole Foods)
-1/2 banana, chopped

October 11, 2012:

Breakfast:

-Peach Chobani Greek Yogurt
-1/4-1/3 scoops Isopure Dutch Chocolate low-carb protein powder
-1/2 banana, chopped
-Fresh blueberries
-Happy trekking trail mix from Trader Joe’s

Lunch:

This was a recreation cause it was freaking AMAZING! This was also food prep to eat between my MT Singing class and my dance class! It’s the same as my dinner from the night before, but instead, I put 1T and 1t of chocolate PB2.

Dinner:

This was a total garbage, random salad! It was amazing.
-Fresh tomatoes
-Chopped vegetable mix from Trader Joe’s (broccoli, green and red cabbage, carrots, jicama, green peppers, radish, and celery)
-Some left-over acorn squash from the other day
-Left-over vegetables from the other day (corn, green beans, brussels sprouts, peas)
-Reduced-fat feta cheese
-Drizzled on top: Good Seasons zesty Italian dressing

October 12, 2012:

Breakfast:

I made some High Protein Pancakes inspired by someone super awesome on Intagram (@becauseyoureeworthit). I tweaked her recipe a bit, using:
-1 scoop Isopure Dutch chocolate Protein powder
-1/2 banana, mashed
-2T organic egg whites
-7 drops NuNaturals vanilla stevia
I mixed it all up and made it on the stovetop in coconut oil.
Toppings:
-2t organic agave nectar
-1T and 1t Chocolate PB2

Lunch:

Jake and I went to the Plymouth Bar & Grill for lunch! I love breakfast food. Seriously. I plan on getting an omelette at every breakfast place I go to. If they offer breakfast food, you better believe I’ll order that stuff! This was a California Omelette with fresh fruit (and multigrain toast that I didn’t eat). The omelette was okay – they should have sauteed the veggies first! I dipped it in Louisiana Hot Sauce. It was my first time trying this sauce, and it was pretty good!
-Avocado
-Onions
-Mushrooms
-Tomatoes
-Swiss cheese

Dinner:

We had a sitz probe rehearsal, so I wanted something quick again.
-Strawberry all-natural Brown Cow greek yogurt
-1/2 banana, chopped
-1/2 peach, chopped
-1T PB2
-Some Go Raw Trail Mix from Trader Joe’s

And today!!!:

Today, I had another rehearsal that was 10am-4pm! Dress rehearsals are always fun, hectic, and just plain nuts!!!

Breakfast:

I loved the high protein pancakes I had the day before, so I just HAD to have them today again! Same exact recipe except the topping was 1T and 1t Greek Gods Plain 0% Greek Yogurt mixed with 1T PB2. And I put peanuts on top and agave nectar again. Mmmm!!

Lunch:

I had to do a meal prep lunch to bring to rehearsal. My director is awesome and bought Lou Malnati’s deep dish pizza for the cast, but I don’t eat that kind of stuff anymore – I enjoy my healthy lifestyle much, much more! So, naturally, I planned! Fail to plan = plan to fail!
-1 Smart Delicious high-fiber low-carb wrap
-1/2 banana, cut in half
-~1T Earth Balance Coconut Peanut Butter
-~1.5 (Guessing by what it looked like?? Maybe 1T and 1-1.5t??) E.D. Smith Cherry and raspberry rhubarb spread
-7-8 walnuts

Dinner:

Went to Panera with Joey! I got the Turkey Harvest Salad! Pears, Gorgonzola, dried cherries, and cherry balsamic vinaigrette. THERE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FREAKING PECANS ON HERE, BUT THEY FORGOT THEM. UGH! I also got a whole grain baguette (WHOA, I never do), but I only ate the smaller half.

And now for the fun picture part of this! So, rehearsal was super slow at certain points, so I took a ton of pictures. Here are some!

We’re fun. 🙂

Have a good one! Love you all.
